PROCEDURES
AND POLICIES
Appointments:
Appointments are required for all hair and body
treatments. All appointments must be reserved with a
credit card. Same day appointments or walk-ins will
be honored if space is available. It is recommended
that you book your appointments in advance to secure
the space that is most accommodating to you.
Late Arrivals:
Time is valuable. Please do not arrive late for your
appointment. If you are late, you may need to reschedule
(based on the time necessary for the service being provided)
or lose the amount of time you missed. If it is necessary
to reschedule, the appointment may be treated as a missed
appointment and a fee may apply.
Cancellations/ Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment
for any reason, you must do so 48 hours in advance.
If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel with less
than a 48 hour notification, you will be charged for
the entire treatment(s) or service(s).
Hygiene:
Hygiene is very important. For the health and safety
of our staff, other clients, as well as yourself, please
do not arrive to an appointment if you have any communicable
health issues. If you do, it is your responsibility
to reschedule your appointment, otherwise you may be
charged for the entire treatment(s) or service(s).
Payments:
Checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)
are accepted. There will be an additional minimum charge
of $25 for all returned checks. Payments for individual
treatments and services will be paid at the time of
treatment or service. A non-refundable 50% deposit must
be made prior to treatments and services that are purchased
as part of a program. The balance must be paid within
30 days or treatment(s) and/or service(s) may be discontinued.
Payment options may be available.
*All fees may be subject to change without notification.
*Gift certificates are available for all treatments,
services, and products, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
